1. CHANGES TO OUR OPEN ACCESS SURGERIES

FROM 5TH NOVEMBER 2020, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY UNLESS YOU HAVE A PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT, IN WHICH CASE PLEASE  PRESS THE INTERCOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

All contact with a GP now needs to be done via telephone triage or using e-Consult which can be found on our website www.wellingtonroadfamilypractice.co.uk.

  2. If you need help please ring 01454 323366 on the morning or afternoon that you wish to be contacted, during our open access hours of 8.30am - 10.30am and 3.00pm - 5.00pm, with the exception of Thursday afternoons when we are closed.

  3. . A receptionist will need to ask you some questions. They are here to help and support you so please cooperate with the practice staff at all times. If the receptionist is unable to deal with your enquiry themselves, they will add your name to a list for the most appropriate person, either a doctor or a nurse to ring you back.  The doctor or nurse will ring you in order to triage and decide whether you need to be seen or not. If they decide you need to be seen, you will be asked to attend the surgery later that morning or afternoon having been given an appointment time.

Our telephone lines may be busy so please bear with us during this difficult time. Thank you.
