Today the Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM) launch their campaign, to explain why you don’t always need to see a doctor.

As a practice we have a broad team of exceptionally skilled, qualified healthcare professionals who are able to treat patients without the need to see a GP.

GP appointment capacity is limited, and so our receptionists may suggest an alternative clinician to ensure that GP appointments are kept for those who truly need to see a doctor. This video explains more. #RightCareFirstTime
