Routine appointments
We are a same day access surgery for routine and urgent GP, Physician Associate and Paramedic appointments.
Morning appointments open up at 8.30am, afternoon appointments open at 3.00pm, except on Thursday afternoons when we are closed. Please call us as close to those opening times as possible to book your appointment.
All other clinician appointments (e.g Nurse, HCA, Physio, Mental Health Nurse) can be pre-booked in advance.

Cancelling your appointment
If you have an appointment and you are unable to attend or wish to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can either by telephone on 01454 323366 or using our online form below.
Extended Access
Working within our current staffing capacity we are doing our best to ensure that you have access to additional appointments outside of standard practice hours. As a result you may be offered an evening appointment. If this is something you would prefer please ask about availability when booking an appointment.
Home Visits
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:30 if you require a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
A health professional from the Yate locality community health team may carry out a home visit request if you are referred by your GP.
