Urgent Prescription Requests
Please note, due to increasing demand for prescriptions, we cannot guarantee a ‘same day’ service. If you require an emergency supply, you will need to contact NHS 111 online or via telephone.
Requests for urgent medications need to be received by 4.00pm (the only exception to this is end of life medication). Any requests received after this time will be processed the following working day. Your request must meet the criteria below to be classed as urgent.
